These terms cover your use of deejaytjr.com. By using the site you accept them. They are short because the site is simple: there are no accounts, nothing is sold here, and the only thing you can submit is a booking enquiry.
Booking enquiries
Submitting the availability form is a request, not a booking. Nothing is confirmed until we have replied and a written performance agreement is signed. Fees quoted by email are valid for the date and terms quoted and may change if the event details change.
Press kit assets
Photographs, logos, bios and video linked from the press page may be used without asking us first, provided the use is editorial or promotional and connected to a confirmed booking, an event she is performing at, or coverage of her work. Please:
- Credit the photographer where a credit is listed with the image
- Use the logo marks as supplied, without recolouring, rotating or distorting them
- Format her name as DEEJAY T-JR., with the period
Any other use — including merchandise, AI training, resale, or implying an endorsement or partnership that does not exist — requires written permission from us.
Everything else on this site
The design, text and code of this site are owned by DEEJAY T-JR. and her representatives. You may link to any page freely. Please do not copy the site’s copy or design for another performer’s site.
Accuracy
We keep the credentials, audience figures and availability information on this site current, but it is provided as-is. Figures sourced from social platform analytics are accurate as of the date noted beside them. If something here is out of date and it matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
External links
This site links to and embeds third-party platforms including social networks, YouTube, Apple Music, Spotify and Bandcamp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
